Our client seeks a motivated experienced consultant to provide technical expertise, management, and business development skills in leading and developing an Air practice in Hong Kong.  This position is responsible for growing the company's local and regional air quality and regulatory compliance consulting practice including:

• Hands-on project management and oversight to ensure technical excellence
• Effective development of long-term working relationships with clients
• Proposal development and presentation delivery/preparation to win project work with new and existing clients
• Leadership in establishing, mentoring, and maintaining billability for air quality and regulatory compliance personnel

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, environmental), environmental science, or related degree; second degree preferred
• Significant relevant experience in air quality
• Proven experience in business development for large air quality/regulatory compliance contracts
• Must be able to manage complex project and write and negotiate proposals
• Experienced in growing, coaching and developing teamsExperience in utilities, oil and gas and petrochemicals sectors preferred
